1) A soft reset is performed by pressing the reset button (usually on
the back, bottom or side of the Pocket PC) with the tip of the stylus.
2) To copy multiple files, you can use the <shift> and/or <ctrl> tap
feature to select them, then use <ctrl>C to copy and <ctrl>V to paste.
This works just like on the desktop.
