in outlook and outlook express, there is an option when setting up a POP3
account to poll for mail to "leave messages on the server". i synchronize
several different clients against the POP3 server and want to leave messages
on the server.. downloading only a copy to each client. is this the default
setting with pocketpc inbox? or does it automatically delete mail on the
server? i don't want to set up the account and start polling until i
know....

Yes, leaving messages on the server is the default and I haven't found a way
to change that, so I think you'll be OK. I've been using it and my messages
are always there when I return to the desktop.
