Hello guys.

I have a huge problem. I just recieved a pocket pc ipaq 1910. The only problem is that the backup battery remains at 0% at all times and does not charge.

I called HP and they said that I need to send it to them for an estimate. I know they will try to kill me with this but if anyone of you have any ideas
