I have a IPAQ 3850 and have just replaced my PC but I have lost my product key to my companion CD-ROM is ther a way round this or do I have to buy another CD-ROM if so were do I get one from

I don't actually have the device you mentioned but what is it you need from the companion CD? If it is Outlook unfotunately the only option is to get a new CD. However activesync and various other programs are available from microsoft.com.
