I have been attempting to get Tom Tom up and running on my ipaq 1940 without success!!

Everytime I try and launch Tom Tom everything just freezes. Also I have been unable to get the Tom Tom and ipaq to talk to each other!!

It might be me being a bit thick but if anyone can help with an idiots guide it would be much appreciated
