The new HP Ipaq models have begun appearing in various retailer databases according to the Brighthand thread below. There will be 3 models.
The high-end Ipaq 5550 which has an RRP of $649.99 and a release date of 7/13/03.
Two other models were also confirmed by a CompUSA employee. Quote below.
“Hmmmm…found the 5555 (Part# FA146A#8ZP). Also found an Ipaq 1945 and 2215. The 2200 series is no surprise, but I knew nothing about a new model in the 1900 series. $299.99 for 1945 and $399 for 2215. No release date that *I* can see for them.”
Looks like it will be an interesting few months!
