Toshiba announced two new Genio Pocket PC, GENIO e550GX & GENIO e550GS, the specs:

- CPU: Intel XScale PXA250 application processor of 400MHz drive
- OS: Microsoft Pocket PC 2002 (WindowscCe 3.0 base)
- RAM: 128MB (GX) / 64MB (GS)
- ROM: The 32MB (it rewrites, possible flash memory)
- LCD: 240 X 320 6 ten thousand color corresponding 4.0 type reflected type polysilicon liquid crystal
- Slot: CF TypeII, SDIO
- Battery hours: 9 hours (400MHz) - 15 hours (100MHz)
- Weight: Approximately 170g
- Remark: Remote control headphone attachment for music (GS)

128mb RAM!! very nice.
