– x-scale runnin @ 800mhz ( I don’t know about this. Does’nt seem very likely. I know the x-scale architechtiture is capable of going to 1Ghz but according to the picture this device is using a Pxa-250 (400mhz) processor and it is highly unlikely these processors are capable of reaching 800mhz. The only other thing I can think of is a dual processor system. But the hardware would be very difficult to implement)
– 64 MB ram
– 48 MB rom
– bluetooth
– wireless lan (optional)
– sd slot
– built in gsm phone
– optional finger print recognition (see pics - This is supposedely positioned below the D-pad)
There are rumours this device should be available for Christmas!!!
