Toshiba announced a new Pocket PC but in this case it’s a device with an Intel PXA250 application processor @ 400MHz, 64 Mb of RAM, 32 Mb ofROM, 2 slots (CF type II and SD), PocketPC 2002.

The display is a Reflected type TFT color low-temperature poly silicone liquid crystal .

Weigth: 170g (GENIO e550G) – 190g (GENIO e550G/MD). The e550g/MD is equiped with a 1 Gb MicroDrive.

The interest with the Xscale is the possibility to modulate the speed of your device (400,300,200, even 100 MHz), like this you can save the energy used by your device and to have more battery life (the battery for this device is a 1100 mAh).
